New roof panel on the 72 Chevelle

Chevelle Stripped Down

We have the 72 Chevelle stripped down. It is going to need a lot of the panels replaced. We are going to be changing the trunk floor, main floor , firewall, roof , 1.4 panels ,inner and outer wheel wells, front fenders, also the hood because we are putting a cowl induction hood on it. (...)

1972 Chevrolet Chevelle

Jonnie has brought us his 72 Chevelle. It has been in the family since new. We are going to do a complete restoration on it. It will see a big motor upgrade to about 650 hp and a 5 speed manual transmission. As well it will be updated with new chassis components. We are not (...)

Park Lane Metal Work

We have started on the metal work. We now have the old right 1/4 panel off. Before we can install the new one we will have to rebuild the body mount and the lower 1/4 extension. We will have to make those pieces our self since you can’t buy them.

1960 Mercury Park Lane

Peter has brought us his 1960 Mercury Park Lane to do a complete body and paint on. His family had one when he was growing up. It is going to need a lot of metal work to get it back in shape. He was lucky enough to find a new old stock right 1/4 panel (...)

Challenger is Fully Restored

Here are some finished pics of the outside and interior. We had Petersons upholstering in St Catharines do a nice leather upgrade to the interior. It looks Great! Ready for pickup after about a years worth of work.

The Porsche is Done

The Porsche is finally done. Ready for years of enjoyment.  For a little car it sure has been a lot of work!!!

Wet Sanding the Challenger

The challenger is all wet sanded and polished, we will work on painting the rest of the parts and begin assembly. We’ve included a couple of pics of the underneath as well.

Here are a couple of pics of the wet sanding process. We start with 800 – 1000 grit depending on the job we are doing and finish up to 5000 grit before polishing with 3 different compounds and pads.

Challenger Rear End Rebuilt

We have the rear end all rebuilt and painted and ready for install. The k-member and engine and trans and all the other pieces are also ready to install. We will install everything to get it rolling again. We will then mask up all the parts and the underneath of the car and paint the (...)
